I went to get my hair done here on Saturday and they were fantastic. My Victory rolls were done with skill and accuracy and I felt uber glam for the rest of the day. The girls are really friendly & down to earth and I love the bone china cups & saucers that even water is served in! I adore 1940's/50's style but have no talent when it comes to recreating styles myself so this is going to become my regular haunt.
I can't recommend this place enough if you want something special for going out or just enjoy being glamourous.

ReportBrilliant news! Soho has a new pink playground for girls seeking quick makeovers, vintage styling and a respite for a hard day's shopping! "I'll just nip to The Powder Room," takes on a whole new meaning.
Situated at the quieter end of Soho in the Newburgh quarter, just beyond the craziness of Carnaby Street. While being manicured at The Powder Room, I found the girls friendly, chatty and eager to put the customer at ease...nothing seems too much trouble. I was offered cup cakes and a beautiful vintage floral tea cup and saucer filled with an even more tempting rum cocktail mix. Right on the money for a relaxing half hour.
